Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Skibeau. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (if available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Skibeau is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Skibeau is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
